Amprolium is a broad spectrum coccidiostat and a cocci therapeutic. It is poorly absorbed from the intestinal tract which makes it effective already in low doses. Amprolium acts rapidly and efficaciously against most pathogenic coccidian which as single or mixed infections cause coccidiosis in poultry and ruminants. It acts on schizonts of the second generation, and despite the treatment immunity may
develop. Amprolium has very high tolerance.
The product is rapidly eliminated from the body. Treatment and prevention of coccidiosis in individual animal
species:

Turkeys:     E. adenoeides, E. meleagrimitis, E. gallopavonis
